Holiday Inn to open in Dhangadhi: Five-star hotel management agreement signed

Dhangadhi: A hotel management agreement has been finalized for the operation of the chain hotel 'Holiday Inn,' which is set to be constructed in Dhangadhi.

The agreement between Club Chaulani Limited and IHG Hotels was signed by Dr. Rajendra KC, Chairman of Club Chaulani Limited, and Sudeep Jain, Managing Director of South Asia on behalf of IHG Hotels. The signing ceremony took place at the Holiday Inn Resort in Budhanilkantha, Kathmandu.

Deepak Pandey, Chartered Accountant of Club Chaulani Limited, stated that the five-star hotel, with an investment of approximately Rs 2.5 billion, will be operated according to international standards. The hotel will feature premium modern guest rooms, a rooftop swimming pool, a multi-cuisine restaurant, a fitness center, and a conference hall for meetings, seminars, and events.

Managing Director Mansingh Saud highlighted that the project is expected to set new benchmarks for international hospitality services and investment in the Far West Province. He noted that once operational, the hotel will contribute significantly to regional tourism promotion, business development, and overall economic progress.

Saud added that construction and preparation work is progressing rapidly, with the goal of opening the hotel by the upcoming new year 2084 BS.
