Special Poush 15 cultural program to be organized in Dhangadhi

Dhangadhi: The traditional and cultural festival of the Far Western region, Poush 15, will be celebrated with a special program in Dhangadhi tomorrow. The event is being jointly organized by the Far Western Literary Society and the Deuda Foundation.

The program will feature various performances, including Deuda group dances, creative readings, open poetry recitals and children’s story readings. According to the organizers, Poush 15 has been celebrated in previous years with the objective of preserving and promoting local art, language and indigenous culture.

The organizers stated that the program has been arranged to highlight the cultural significance of Poush Pandhar and to inform the younger generation about the importance of this festival.
