Second Chaitanya student festival 2082 kicks off in Dhangadhi with week-long programs
Dhangadhi: The second Chaitanya Student Festival 2082 began in Dhangadhi today, aiming to promote knowledge, cultural respect, and innovation by integrating science, technology, sports, art, creativity, and entertainment. The festival was formally inaugurated by Provincial Chief Nazir Miyan.
Scheduled to run from December 22 to 29, the festival features a variety of programs showcasing the academic, intellectual, scientific, creative, and cultural talents of students. Key attractions include science exhibitions, innovative presentations, sports competitions, cultural performances, and other creative activities.
Special guests at the inauguration included Provincial Assembly member Dharmaraj Pathak, Deputy Chief of Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City Kandakala Kumari Rana, and Kailali Multiple Campus Chief Dr. Lok Bahadur Bista. The program was chaired by Chaitanya Pathshala Parent Teacher Association President Ishwar Giri. At the ceremony, Chaitanya Pathshala Chairman Ganesh Prasad Joshi highlighted the school’s focus on education based on innovation and discovery.
The festival is organized to provide students with greater learning opportunities and is expected to serve as a platform to enhance their skills, abilities, and confidence. On the occasion, Chaitanya Pathshala also honored individuals contributing to the social, service, security, and education sectors.
Located in Shivnagar-5, Dhangadhi, Chaitanya Pathshala began organizing the student festival last year, focusing on the all-round development of students. Students from Chaitanya Pathshala as well as other schools are participating in this year’s festival.
