Badikedar rural municipality honors Drishti foundation chair Kalpana Bhatta for social service

Doti: Badikedar Rural Municipality has presented a certificate of honor to Kalpana Bhatta, Chairperson of Drishti Foundation, Nepal, in recognition of her significant contribution to rescuing, protecting and rehabilitating helpless individuals, the physically and mentally challenged, suffering people and orphaned children in Sudurpaschim Province.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairperson Bhatta said that Drishti Foundation has been working to provide shelter, food, medical treatment and education to help helpless and orphaned children lead normal lives.

Rural Municipality Chairperson Bhairab Bahadur Saud stated that a person who helps others even in difficult circumstances is akin to a true deity, adding that the municipality remains committed to supporting the organization. The rural municipality also extended its best wishes for the continued progress of Drishti Foundation, Nepal, as well as for Chairperson Bhatta’s good health and long life.
