One killed, driver injured in tractor accident in Baitadi

Baitadi: One person died and the driver was injured in a tractor accident near Sanigada Khola in Lupun, Sigas Rural Municipality-8 of Baitadi district.

Lokendra Bohara, 25, of Tolkhet, Lupun, died on the spot when the tractor bearing registration number S.P.P. 01-001 Pa 1384 fell about 300 meters off the road. The tractor driver, 35-year-old Dan Bahadur Dhami, was injured in the accident.

Further investigation into the accident is underway, informed the Deputy Superintendent of Police at the District Police Office.
