Car auction by the Custom Office fair or unfair?

Hundred and eight cars have been listed out by the District Custom Office, Kailali for auction. However, the custom office has allegedly been blamed for changing the year of production of the vehicles. Honda City manufactured in 2007 is being sold as a 2014 model, while Santro manufactured in 2008 is being sold as a model produced in 2012. According to the norms set by the Custom Office a car older than 10 years cannot be showcased for auction.
