Loaded gun found abandoned in Kailali community forest, police begin investigation

Dhangadhi: Police have recovered an abandoned loaded gun from a community forest in Kailari Rural Municipality of Kailali.

According to the District Police Office Kailali, a police team found a loaded gun hidden inside Pavera Community Forest of Kailari Rural Municipality-5 on Friday.

The police said the recovered gun was brought to the District Police Office Kailali after completing the necessary legal procedures.

Police have stated that further investigation is underway to determine the source and possible use of the recovered gun.
