An FIR lodged against eight police personnel in Nirmala Pant rape and murder case

An FIR has been lodged against District Superintendent of Police, Kanchanpur  Mr. Dilli Raj Bista and seven others in the Nirmala Pant rape and murder case. A case has been filed in the charges of torture and destroying evidence against Bista. The Police has also been accused of misinterpreting information and filing two separate cases.
