Documentation on sand pump and empowerment program unavailable

The amount spent on sand pump and empowerment program in the Dhandaghi Sub-Metropolitan Region has spent a lot of money on sand pumping. Sub-metropolitan has been spending a huge amount of money on the seminar and training. Yet, the officials itself is unaware of how much self employment was carried out after training. In Ward no. 1, Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan, the community development branch head Tank Bista, mentioned that there was no information or paperwork on the condition of the training and post-training of the students.
