Newly elected MPs from Kanchanpur visit villages to hear public concerns
Kanchanpur: Newly elected Members of the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur have begun visiting villages to understand the problems faced by local residents. The MPs, who were elected with a large majority from the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSWP), have recently been meeting voters directly.
Janak Singh Dhami, elected from Kanchanpur Constituency-1, visited Kunda, Ratanpur, Ward No. 10 Bhuda and other areas of Belauri Municipality-9 on Thursday to learn about the concerns of voters. Gopal Chaudhary, a local resident of Belauri-9, urged the MP to take the initiative to complete the stalled road projects in Kunda on time.
During the interaction with voters, MP Dhami expressed his commitment to work toward amending necessary policies and rules and creating employment opportunities for the development of the area.
Earlier on Monday, MP Dhami had visited various settlements in Belauri, Beldadi, Laljhadi and Punarbaas, where he thanked voters and expressed his commitment to formulate necessary policies and rules for the benefit of the region once the government is formed.
Similarly, Gyanendra Singh Mahata, elected from Kanchanpur Constituency-3, has also been meeting local residents and pledging to take necessary initiatives to address their problems. On Thursday, MP Mahata visited various wards of Bhimdatta Municipality and settlements in Dodhara Chandani Municipality.
During the visit, he said that he has a plan to make people feel the presence of a guardian state. MP Mahata also stated that necessary policies and rules would be formulated for the development of the region and steps would be taken to create employment opportunities for youth. After taking the oath of office, he expressed his commitment to understand the problems of the people and move forward accordingly.
