27-Year-Old Man Found Unconscious in Kanchanpur Dies During Treatment

Belauri: A young man who was found unconscious in Beldandi, Kanchanpur, has died. Mahesh Dhami, 27, who was discovered unconscious on Sunday night at ‘Kyam’ in Beldandi Rural Municipality-2, died while undergoing treatment at Mahakali Provincial Hospital.

Dhami, a resident of Bank in Krishnapur Municipality-2, was found unconscious by the roadside near Kyam. Locals, who initially could not identify him, took him to the Beldandi Primary Health Center.

Due to his critical condition, he was transferred to Mahakali Provincial Hospital in Mahendranagar on Monday morning for further treatment. Police stated that he died during treatment. His body is currently being held there for a post-mortem examination.

Initially, the young man’s identity remained unknown. According to the Beldandi police, Dhami had been working in India and had returned home just a week earlier.

Dhami’s relatives resided in Jhilmila, Beldandi Rural Municipality-5. Although the family had sold their property there and were living in India, they were temporarily staying in a house they had built in Bank.
