Prakash's views on Hotels lagging manpower in Nepal

Prakash Bhatta of Phulbari returned for the festivities. He works in Pune, India and makes twenty-five thousand a month. Although, he desires to return to Nepal, the barrier being the wages and mismanagement of hotels with late payments. Most work as chefs in India, but the mistreatment makes them want to return. They wish to start their own venture but they are unable to do so as their salary suffices just for daily well-being.
