Passengers at the bus drivers' disposal

Public service buses have ceased to follow the previously made public transport rules and regulations and are dropping the passengers as per their wish creating difficulties. Padam Sapkota, the  President of the union of Sudurpaschim said that it is the festive season which is why the bus drivers are letting loose. Whatever the drivers earn are entirely theirs and do not have to pay the union during the Dashain holidays.
