Provincial health institutes facing problems due to the lack of policies

Due to the failure of framing policies by The Ministry of Health for running health institutes, the province is facing difficulties. The government has left the condition of these institutes in destitute which is why the quality of the health centers are degrading. The health centers in the province are running according to their own set of rules, giving rise to distress.
