Dispersed settlement pattern plan in Bajura and Bajhang yet to be materialised

The Local and Central Government have both been unable to curb the problem of dispersed settlement pattern in Bungal municipality, Bajhang and Badimalika municipality, Bajura. The hamlets in these hills have existed for years without basic amenities like water and electricity reaching their houses. The government intended to assort the houses by settling 50 to 100 families together. However, the plan in yet to be materialized.
