18 years of work experience abroad made Tilak a self-sufficient man
Thirty Five years old Tilak Bohra, a habitant of Shikhar municipality, Ward number 10, Doti, worked in Mumbai, india for eighteen years. He worked in the biggest allies of laundry services in Asia. Few months into the work, the chemicals started to harm him which made him quit his job. He was then hired by a hotelier as a driver, who also taught him to drive. He worked as a driver for two years. Eventually the owner started an in-house laundry service, where Tilak worked for the next eight years. He earned twenty-three thousand a month. The stagnant life did not satisfy him, therefore, he moved to Malaysia, where he spent another three years of his life. He took a leave and visited Nepal when he decided to invest thirty lakhs in a laundry business, along with his nephew Ramesh Balayar. He advices people not to work abroad, but if at all they do then one must nurture some skill and eventually return home to Nepal.
