A chain of mishaps in the gynecologist department at Seti Anchal Hospital

In the past four months 66 infants have passed away out of 66, 64 miscarriage while the other two took their last breaths right after birth. The gynecologist department is allegedly responsible for all the mishaps. The department has been defending itself by blaming it on miscommunication.
