Baitadi, few steps away from being 100% literate

Four municipalities and ten villages in Baitadi district have been declared 100% literate. Even though so many different localities have been declared literate, the whole of Baitadi is yet to be declared 100% literate. After 85% of the total people living in the area is declared to have recieved some form of education, only then will the district be given the platform of the literate class.
