India solely decides to construct a drainage system on the border adjoining Nepal, the youth pays a visit

The Indian government is constructing a drainage system on the border adjoining Nepal. Inhabitants of Punarbas municipality ward no 11 are agitated as the decision was not passed by both the nations. Armed Police Force had claimed to speak to the Indian officials and scrutinize the matter.  The youths of CPN and Maoist orginasitation from Kailali and Kanchanpur paid a visit to inspect the place.
