Development programs in rural areas a failure

Even though only three months of the current fiscal year is left, the government has not been able to authorize the local infrastructure development program in the rural zones of the state. The program has been sent recently from the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Planning. The ministers have been asked about the development of the local infrastructure development program and the budget in their constituency. Rs. 64 crore has been allotted for the development program for thirty-two different places and programs.
