Vishwa Hindu Parishad holds tribute and protest program in Dhangadhi over Sunsari Dewanganj incident

Dhangadhi: The Vishwa Hindu Parishad Sudurpaschim Province organized a tribute and protest program at Adarsh Chowk in Phulwari, Dhangadhi Sub-metropolitan City-18 on Friday, protesting the incident in Dewanganj, Sunsari.

The program was attended by citizens, including Vishwa Hindu Parishad Lumbini, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Province Secretary Dhanushdhari Pandey. Participants demanded that the government conduct a fair investigation into the attack on the Hindu community and take strict legal action against those involved.

Addressing the program, Province Secretary Pandey paid tribute to the person who lost his life in the incident and prayed for the eternal peace of the deceased. He said that violent incidents carried out in the name of religion are unfortunate and emphasized the need to maintain mutual harmony, tolerance and brotherhood among followers of all religions.

During the program, participants raised various slogans, including demands for the restoration of a Hindu nation, abolition of secularism and abolition of the Muslim Commission.
