Missing girl rescued safely after two days in Bajhang

Bajhang: A girl who had been missing for two days in Bajhang has been rescued safely.

Police rescued 25-year-old Nisha Rokaya of Surma Rural Municipality-2, Gajaun, Bajhang, after she went missing from around 9:30 pm on July 16.

According to police, a search team led by Police Inspector Upendra Timilsaina was mobilized from the District Police Office, Bajhang, after receiving information about Rokaya’s disappearance.

Police stated that Rokaya was rescued safely from Jayaprithvi Municipality-9 at around 1 pm on July 18. Following the rescue, she was sent to the District Hospital, Bajhang, for further treatment.

Police have stated that further investigation into the incident is underway.
