Sodari unable to compensate Chand

Surendra Chand who is admitted in Kathamandu’s Annapurna Neuro hospital after he met with an accident with the former Social development minister Dirgha Raj Sodari’s car, is unable to get discharged from the hospital. Sodari had promised to take care of the hospital expenses as compensation, but has failed to do so.
