Chief Ministers' Office found empty before 4 P.M.

The Chief Minister and the employees in the Chief Ministers' Office have been found leaving the office before the office hours end. According to the rules, the office timings start from 10am to 5pm. The employees have been found leaving the office premises before 4pm itself.  All the employees except the buyer, Revati Bhatt, who is employed in the administration department,  were not found in the office.
