A suit filed in the Supreme Court against Godavari being the provincial capital

Mohan Kumar Sreshta, a senior advocate has filed for a case in the Supreme Court against Godavari being the provincial capital of Sudurpaschim. He has registered a letter saying that the capital of the state has been set out anonymously and in an incomplete manner. He argued that there should always be a study on the various topics such as capitalism, political significance, geography, environment, public opinion, structure before the final decision is made.
