Telecom office unable to resolve a customers' problem

Krishna Bahadur Chand of Boradadi has reached the telecom office after his telephone line deteriorated. Nepal Telecom Dhauda has not been able to solve Chand's problem for repairing the line even after complaining for over three to four times in three years of duration. Krishna Bahadur Chand even reached the service office, yet the problem hasn't been solved.
