Fish sculpture gifted to the Chief Minister

Ravindra Chand, who is making statues for a long time, has gifted a statue of a fish carved from a stone to the Chief Minister, Mr. Bhatta. He has also carved the words- "Hon'ble Chief Minister" on it. Chand, who now resides in Dhangadhi, originally hails from Badikedar municipality, Doti.
